The United States Postal Service (USPS) has long been recognized as yet another failed government attempt to do something the private sector should be doing and can do much better.

Consumer complaints abound as the government agency lives up to the reputation of a government agency for being incompetent, way overpriced, and losing billions.

Business tycoon turned President Donald Trump appointing Louis DeJoy as Postmaster General in May 2020 did not fix the situation.

DeJoy’s big ten-year plan includes raising prices, removing collection boxes, and reducing work hours to an equivalent of 33,000 jobs lost. Because fewer employees/work hours will correct the problem of mail not arriving correctly or on time? And consumers should pay more for the privilege? Oh, but wait, extending mail time is part of the plan, too.

And then it was announced that the much-loved, actually helpful USPS app, “Informed Delivery” would no longer be maintained beginning in the summer of 2021. Prior to that it began stopping all function for at least some users, including yours truly.

It should be noted that the information can still be accessed online via the USPS website. But not everyone has a computer or carries one around with them while they are waiting for or tracking important mail.

So, with all of that in mind, we now find out that while the USPS doesn’t seem to have the manpower nor the funds to do their job right or in a timely manner, they do have the time, manpower, and funds to play James Bond wanna-be and internet mall cop Americans who post on social media under the cutesy name of iCop (Internet Covert Operations Program).

The social media platforms named as targets for this ludicrous misuse of taxpayer dollars include Facebook, Telegram, and Parler. That however, does not mean those are the only platforms being targeted.

In response to this revelation, yours truly has now restarted a once-defunct tradition of regularly mocking government spies who track Americans on social media, etc.

Years ago when the Obama administration did it, I routinely taunted “Hey, Mr. G-man” by posting things such as “I think you’re sexy. Men with guns are hot.” I also regularly reminded them they have the right to stand up and say ‘No” to the blatant violation of American rights.

I even had an entire Facebook page dedicated to it.

Yes, I am very outspoken and public about it. Free speech, first amendment and all.

While I do currently mock our friendly neighborhood internet mall cops, I don’t think they are the least bit sexy, at all. This is beyond pathetic and there is NO excuse for any member of the USPS to be participating in this blatant violation of our rights. PERIOD.

It’s bad enough that the alphabet soup community is so rife with anti-patriotic losers. What the hell is wrong with the USPS?

No mercy from me. We’ve been there, done that with these government trolls before and I’m done.

On one of my last Parler posts calling out “Dear Leader” for more stupidity, I noted to our internet mall cop buddies to make sure to highlight it.

This is NOT okay and I am going on record calling them out on it. DAILY.

They can all kiss my lily-white ass.
